A Little Intro

Hello, I’m Anita, the artist behind Lotusan Arts. I’ve been painting and creating for as long as I can remember and I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to share my passion with you.
Growing up in south eastern Ontario the natural beauty of nature was my sanctuary, my playground and my muse. Nature is my inspiration and this is reflected in so many of my artistic creations. You can see its influence as I capture the flow, channel it, abstract it and bring it to life onto the canvas. As I am but a conduit of creativity, I invite you to flex your imagination and allow your mind to wander beyond the limits of the linear and ordinary.
As each viewer’s perspective is unique, I invite you to let your subconscious get lost in my world.

Commissions Are Open!

For your one of a kind piece designed with you in mind, Anita will work with you and learn all about your desired colours and the general vibe that you wish for her to portray. As music has always been a significant influencer in her life, and in life in general, Anita will then ask the commissioner for the music that they enjoy to assist in transporting her into a zone that conveys the energy of you, her patron. The result is a custom creation that is adapted to fit in your space and connects personally to you!

Time lapse videos will also be available, and created to your favorite tune so that you will be able to feel like you’re right there next to her as she creates.
